The apartment was in a good location and has been recently renovated, but there is significant room for improvement. The apartment is the only one in the building running off two fuses instead of three. The arrival instructions state running too many appliances may blow a fuse; this is an understatement. Cooking dinner with one light on and one AC running blew the fuses three times. Cheapimg out on the electrical panel makes doing laundry or cooking with the AC on impossible. The cookware and knives are very cheap and dull making cooking difficult. There was other people's laundry still in the washing machine and one of the ACs is leaking into the apartment. Our other 3 apartments in Sardinia were a similar price point but offered much greater value.
