The 65 m² apartment is accessible via elevator and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one has a single bed and 2 single bunk beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and cable TV, while a baby cot is available on request. The apartment has a balcony, and you can start the day with coffee on the open terrace with seating furniture before going to the beach or exploring the old town. La struttura è di nuova costruzione, arredata con mobili moderni e funzionali, tutto molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Un grande vantaggio è la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage, comodissimo soprattutto in alta stagione. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi minuti da centri commerciali, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie: tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con brevi spostamenti in auto. Un ringraziamento speciale al Sig. Marino, il proprietario, una persona gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e una base perfetta per godersi il mare e le bellezze della zona!
