"We loved our visit! We stayed for one night with our dog, and felt welcome and taken care of. As we visited in July, the hotel was in the warmer side, but thankfully the windows in the bedroom opened and there was a small fan provided that we made use of. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. Because we had our dog with us, we were sat in the club room, but we were very happy with the service we received here, and were very comfortable at our private table overlooking the estate. The leisure facilities were very clean and had everything you need for a workout, swim, or sauna. Overall, very happy with our stay and would happily return! Only regret is not having stayed an extra night!"

"We booked executive rooms which where quite disappointing, water was 1 bottle poured from a tap and not even refrigerated, there was limited choice of tea bags and not even a biscuit to go with it, food in resturant for dinner was under cooked and had to be sent back, second one wasnt much better, then had bad stomach next day, internet in 1 of the rooms kept cutting out as did TV, for price paid (not cheap) expected much better quality. Beds are comfortable, pillows are great, spa was lovely and staff where exceptional expecially two women on reception. Although we would not return as have stayed in better hotels for less money it is a comfortable hotel and the staff make it."
