The balcony gives you sweeping views of the Corniche and the Mediterranean. The building is modern and clean, with a well-maintained lobby, two elevators, and 24-hour security. The apartment itself is fully equipped: new furnishings, high-speed internet, a smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need. The street next to the building is Khaled Ibn Al-Walid Street, one of the most famous and vibrant streets in Alexandria, where you can find everything you could imagine—from small shops to restaurants. For a more relaxed seaside experience, Gleem Bay is just a few minutes by car along the Corniche. The area has cafes and restaurants right on the beach, making it a perfect place to sit, relax, and listen to the waves in the evening.
