Ideally located near downtown, with easy freeway access, close to the Balloon Fiesta, wineries, golf courses, and a short drive to Santa Fe. This home is the perfect getaway retreat! ADDITIONAL RULES: QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM- 8:00 AM Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00PM to 8:00 AM. My neighbors will notify me immediately if there are any parties or violations, and if that happens, you will be required to leave without a refund.
