For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool angular (5 x 12 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Grocery 1.6 km, supermarket 1.6 km, shopping centre 14.9 km, restaurant 400 m, bar 4.1 km, bakery 3.6 km, café 1.4 km, bus stop 650 m, sandy beach "Praia da Falésia" 850 m.
