Loved our stay. Room was much bigger than expected, spotlessly clean too. Lots of great amenities. Enjoyed the free port too ;-) Staff were always excellent.

Beautiful resort.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back many more times in the future. Can't speak highly enough of Balaia Golf Village, from the facilities to the staff, everything is perfect.

Very close , walking distance to the beach and main tourist centre. The hotel needs maintenance and updating.

The resort is excellent Lots of pools and facilities Food was very good . The sitting room furniture was not of a good standard and the tv channels were limited

This was our second stay here. It’s convenient, apartments are a good size, pool is well maintained and the on the rocks bar/cafe is great for lunch/snacks. Beach is just a minute walk away and the apartments face the ocean.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Portobay Fielsa. Location The resort is in a fabulous location - stunning views of the beach with plenty of lounge areas and a restaurant overlooking the sea. outside the resort there are plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the Olhos de Agua beach (which we preferred) is also close by. 5/5 Room The room was really spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable and includes a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds are two single beds pushed together which I'm not a massive fan of. Bathroom looked a bit tired but clean. 4.5/5 Food The food was moderately expensive but very tasty. Breakfast was included and a great buffet selection Evening buffet menu once which again had a great choice and ‘live’ cooking areas.A la carte restaurant is recommended as the food and the view were superb. Poolside restaurant food also excellent 5/5 Pool The pool is fabulous, really long which is great for swimming lengths and large enough that it never felt crowded. 5/5 Pool area/grounds The area around the pool was spacious and had plenty of loungers. All very neat and tidy and you can order from the lounger 5/5 Staff This was the biggest letdown really, a couple of the staff were really nice and friendly but we found the rest to be helpful and professional but not particularly friendly. 3.5/5 Facilities Great but need to get a band who play something from this century. Gym good but small 4/5
