We upgraded to the 2 bedroom for our family stay and the hotel reception couldnt do enough for us. The pool was big..it says theres a minimarket onsite but i didnt find one however there is a supermarket right opposite. The view was stunning. This time, not so much. Booked back in March and asked for a room facing the ocean. Didn't get it, got a room facing the road, very noisy. Had trouble with the door lock. One night, at 12:30 AM, took me half hour to open the door. The cylinder just kept going around without latching on to mechanistic of the dead bolts. Also w cleaning ladies were very rude. Once we were getting ready at 5:00 pm to go out, showering and get ready. The bedroom was the only okay room, the bathroom was dirty and smelled when we got there and the common space was really unpleasant (scratchy furniture, dirty, bad decor, and smelled like cigarettes).
