I have been going to the vale de Carros For 28 years never had a bad holiday Very friendly lovely Rooms and quiet Won’t stay anywhere else only thing that’s The free minibus to the beach was is vital to the older generation

Warning! These people will rip you off! We arrived late and had to pay extra for checking in late. The receptionist then demanded a deposit of 200 euro that was not agreed. I was to tired to argue so I payed it. Now two weeks after our stay the deposit still hasen't been refunded. I guess we got ripped off.

Property wasn't high rise only two storey, nicely laid out gardens and pool area's,our balcony got the sun most of the day which was great as we are not swimmers.only downside was the stairs to the apartment could be tricky

great stay !

Stayed at these apartments with my 12 year old daughter for 5 nights from the 24th August.. I stayed in a studio , clean tidy and everything you would expect with a huge balcony with two sun loungers.. ..if your after lively this isn’t the place for you idea for couples and family’s , yes it might seem a little remote but within a 5-10 minute walk there are enough restaurants and a few bars, I woukd recommend Hugo tapas !! It’s 5 euros in a taxi to the centre of town with a lot more restaurants and bars .. about 15-20 minute walk to the beach .. complex is nice and clean , two pools.. bar which also serves food.. woukd recommend their full English reasonably priced and they have a happy hour from 4-6.. all the staff are friendly and welcoming..

Sejour en famille ( 2 adultes 3 enfants)très agréable avec des appartements correctes et très pratiques. Avec trois piscines adaptées pour toute la famille...personnel disponible, un bar avec petite restauration plutôt bonne. Pour ajouter un bémol, revoir les portes de placard et le frigo qui ne se ferment pas très bien) Merci pour ce bon séjour

I spent some time researching properties in the Algarve as I did not want to end up staying in a high rised block! I am glad that I chose Vale de Carros- the studio flat for a family of 4 suited us perfectly- it was clean and modern with a lovely private balcony overlooking the tennis court. We found it peaceful in the lovely well kept gardens by the pool the opposite end of the site from the bar. The location was great being only a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bank and small supermarket. We drove to the beach at Olhos D'agua most days which was a few minutes away. The kitchen was small so we just prepared sandwiches and cooked pasta etc then ate out the rest of the time. Many residents that we spoke to had stayed at Vale de Carros more than twice and we will also return in the future.

Ojito al check y normal todo lo demás

Mi opinion sobre la recepción al check es fatal, ya que nos OBLIGARON a depositar 600€ para poder entrar sino no entrábamos así de claro. Respecto a lo demás son casas divididas en 4 apartamento, donde tiene una habitación con 2 camas y un sofá cama con otras dos, limpieza y estado de conservación es normalito, el entorno está apartado de todo. En general para nosotros nos sirvió solo para dormir.

Best holiday every and at a great price

Accommodation was great. Lovely spacious bathroom with a great shower. Kitchen had all you needed from a microwave to a kettle and toaster. The balcony had view of the pool and we also had Sun loungers on the balcony. 10/10

chercher un autre endroit

au niveau espace bien, mais des odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain en permanence, pas de chauffage, il y a une clim mais fin octobre on aurait aimer quelle soit réversible, donc de l'humidité partout et froid, pour prendre la douche il faut etre vaillant nous sommes venus au portugal pour trouver une maison a acheter donc souvent a l'exterieur et heureusement il faisait meilleur dehors que dedans en plus l'isolation phonique inexistante et donc tres bruyant
