Welcome to our modern villa in the Cerro Grande Development in Albufeira, where comfort and luxury come together to create a memorable stay. Located in a privileged location, this villa offers a captivating view of the Albufeira Marina, ensuring unforgettable moments throughout your stay.



With four spacious rooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom, you will have all the space and privacy you need during your stay. Three of the four rooms have direct access to a balcony, where you can enjoy moments of serenity.



The kitchen is independent and is equipped with all appliances and equipment so that you can enjoy meals with family or friends. For warmer days, this accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and has Wi-Fi network access throughout the property.



Relax and refresh yourself in our private pool, surrounded by a well-maintained garden, where the decor invites moments of leisure and outdoor socialising. They also have spaces for family meals both inside and outside. The interior of the villa is elegantly decorated, offering a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere in every corner.



We do not provide private parking, but you can find free parking near the accommodation, subject to availability.

A fantastice villa ready to make great memories in a beautiful part of Portgual.

We stayed in this Villa with two families. We were over the moon with the property. Fantastic communication with the hosts they replied very quickly to any question we had. Very nice area with other villas being occupied around it was very quiet. The welcome link package that gave you all the information required. Fantastic location with a short walk to the marina which had exceptional restaurants and two supermarkets walking distance. And then having the old town within a 20min walka short walk to the taxi rank to catch one at a very reasonable price. A lovely Italian restaurant with great views 10min walk. The villa itself was very well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen enough to cook a whole family meal. The outside lounge and pool was excellent and very much needed in the hot weather. Bonus every room had air-conditioning. Thank you again for letting us stay and making so many memoires.

We had the best time in Albufeira

We had the best time in Albufeira. This was our first visit and we absolutely loved it. The house was amazing and we enjoyed lots of time outside in the pool and patio area. Lots of great restaurants near by as well as great cocktail bars and a grocery store. Neighborhood is very quiet but within 15-20min walking you are on the beachin downtown old town. Thanks for hosting us!

Amazing

This villa is amazing! The host was super friendly and always quick to help. The place was super clean, and the bed linens smelled so fresh. Honestly, the pictures don’t even do it justice – it’s way nicer in person and has everything you need, especially if you're staying for a while. We also had a great time exploring the city and the beaches in Albufeira. Definitely recommend it!

Atemberaubend ist das einzige Adjektiv, das mir einfällt, um diese Villa zu beschreiben. Alles ist perfekt – die Betten, das Badezimmer, die Küche... Der Außenbereich ist groß und vollständig nutzbar, und vom Balkon aus hat man einen Blick auf einen Teil des Yachthafens und der Stadt. Wir hatten hier einen ausgezeichneten Urlaub und sind sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank!
