"Hotel is a bit old, rooms are small and outdated. Breakfast was average with little selection. Best part of the hotel is its location a few steps from the marina. "
"Wonderful property and staff; super clean, close to all dining options and night life but far enough to have quiet at night time. Very close to a supermarket as well. Great breakfast in the mornings! Can’t complain about anything."

"Excellent location! Amazing views! Great customer service! Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay! Beach, bars and restaurants within walking distance! Safe area for the entire family! "
"We really enjoyed staying there. We ate the breakfast and it was good.
I don't know what is technically eco friendly except maybe they don't wash your towels every day unless you ask.
The location is excellent since it was a short walk to the beach and most of the walk was walking across the area of land to get to the beach. Tons of activities nearby that are extremely fun. And there is more beach to the town than the first glimpse from walking over that you see.
Sure not a five star hotel, but reasonable in price and worth more than the price"
"Beautiful resort with a very calming vibe. It’s very big but never felt like there were lots of people around or overcrowded. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Large variety of options at breakfast.
The only issue we faced is that it’s quite far away from anything, the nearest shop for amenities is a 25 minute walk away, and you need to get taxis everywhere as there isn’t anything in walking distance or any local transport options, although the resort offers free drop off/pick up at the Marina 3 times per day. Would highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious break. "
"The hotel offered a remarkably clean environment, which contributed to a pleasant stay. Its location was truly amazing, providing easy access to various attractions. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness further enhanced the overall experience for guests. Conveniently, the beach, just a two-minute walk away, turned out to be exceptional. Compared to others, it was the best we have experienced along the entire coast.

"We had an excellent stay while on vacation in Carvoeiro. The location is perfect for walking to everything in town. The hotel is newly renovated in tasteful neutrals. Our room was comfortable with a lovely queen size bed and a/c and the beautiful pool was part of our daily routine. Outdoor seating area on the patio near the bar was perfect for evenings chatting with family and playing cards. Breakfast buffet was great, with many options. All the staff were welcoming and nice. Highly recommended!"
"Perfect place for family three nights away with teenagers. We spent most of the days at the pool by the Casa Azul, lovely breeze, never busy, and handy snack bar for drinks and food right there. Its a little hilly so prob not the best for anyone with mobility issues. Ate breakfast both mornings at the Alfarroba restaurant. (Tip: ordering off the a la carte menu is better value than the buffet but that nay have been because we got the buffet one day as it seemed to be finishing up). Mini market on the site stocks anything you need. Kids played mini golf one evening. The resort is not really walking distance to anything in the heat…maybe had it been cooler and we were there longer, we would have attempted to walk to old town. Ubers were about 6-8 euro into the old town or the strip and were easy enough to get- no waiting. We booked a three bed apartment that was in great condition but had slight sign of wear and tear, mainly with the light in the bathroom not staying on and one plug socket that had come away from the wall. Apartment had everything you could possibly need (washer, ironing board, good kitchen with dishwasher). Bathrooms seemed pretty new and shower had great water pressure. It was advertised as having one bathroom but when we got there, there were two which was a pleasant surprise with 5 people! Tip 2: We ordered groceries and food via Uber eats since it was late when we got there. Overall I was delighted with our time here and the facilities- perfect for us! "
