Appartamento vicinissimo alle spiagge sia pubblicha che ai stabilimenti . Casa ristrutturata recentemente.Host Francesco molto cordiale e disponibile.La casa ha anche un piccolo giardino che era però trascurato.Di negativo la vicinanza all binari del treno .Noi siamo stati in un periodo che si stava bene anche con le finestre chiuse quindi si sentiva

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Es ist ein schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer herrlichen Aussicht und wenigen Metern bis zum kostenfreien Strand. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. An den direkt vorm Haus fahrenden Zug muss man sich erst gewöhnen. Da man die Fenster nicht offen lassen kann über Nacht wäre eine Klimaanlagen von großem Vorteil gewesen. Küchenutensilien sind nur wenige vorhanden.

Buona posizione ma diversi punti negativi

Positivo: vicinanza alla spiaggia, appartamento indipendente con lavatrice e lavastoviglie e posteggio compreso nel prezzo (anche se, per usare l'auto, bisogna sempre accordarsi con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento). Il signor Francesco è molto disponibile e gentile. Negativo: mancanza di aria condizionata e ferrovia praticamente attaccata alla casa. Le due cose si legano soprattutto alla sera, visto che era impossibile lasciare le finestre chiuse per via del caldo e i treni che passano frequentemente (giorno e notte) e così vicini a casa sono veramente molto forti e fastidiosi e non ti fanno dormire o riposare come vorresti. Uno specchio in più, magari in camera, sarebbe molto apprezzato. Un consiglio ai proprietari. Anche noi siamo stati host e ai nostri ospiti abbiamo sempre fatto trovare le basi di benvenuto: acqua e carta igienica. Noi fornivano anche caffè, zucchero, olio e tanto altro.. ma era un must: acqua e almeno 2 rotoli di carta igienica secondo me dovrebbero esserci di base.

Entspannter Urlaub in Alassio

Der Standort ist gut gelegen. Die Auffahrt durch die enge Unterführung fordernd aber machbar. Die nähe zum schönen und sauberen Strand als auch die jeweiligen Fußwege nach Alassio und laigueglia sind entspannt zu bewältigen. Die bereits in anderen Bewertungen ewähnte Bahntrasse wird dann störend, wenn mal viel in der Unterkunft verweilt. Das Treffen und die Einweisung mit Francesco hat tadellos funktioniert. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist ausbaufähig. Kein Korkenzieher, die Töpfe waren sehr verlebt, kein Salz im Geschirrspüler.Kleinigkeiten die mir aufgefallen sind und die nicht die Welt kosten. Sessel mit aufgeplatzen Armpolstern finde ich ebenfalls nicht so ansprechend. Aber man muss dazu sagen, dass der Preis völlig in Ordnung für den Standard ist. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Gegend zur Vorsaison.

Prachtig appartement met geweldig uitzicht

Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Ook de verhuurder was zeer attent en flexibel. Spreken goed Engels. Mooi en keurig net appartement. Trein was wat druk langs het appartement. Even wennen. Goed kunnen rijden want het is een smalle toegang.

Ottima vacanza e ottima proprietà

L'appartamento è risultato essere molto pratico e comodo., vicinissimo alle spiagge. Appena ristrutturato, non possiede impianto di aria condizionata, ma è stata posta un'ottima insolazione con cappotto che avrebbe reso inutile la presenza di condizionatori. Grande gentilezza e disponibilità da parte dell'agente immobiliare.

Tolle Location in sehr gutem Zustand. Alassio zu Fuss entdecken.

Location mit gutem Ausbaustandard und toller Aussicht. Einzig eine AC oder Ventilatoren haben wir vermisst. Da die Villa unmittelbar am Bahngleis und der Küstenstrasse liegt, ist ein ruhiger Schlaf nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern möglich. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen. Die Strandnähe, zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Alassio wie auch den Umschwung des Grundstücks mit Privatparkplatz haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr freundliche Besitzer/Verwalter - alles super geklappt. Gerne wieder.
