A baby bed is available, and elevator access ensures convenience.  
  
Step outside to your private covered terrace and balcony offering stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The shared garden provides additional outdoor space surrounded by beautiful villas with magnificent gardens.  
  
Street parking is available on a shared basis, and public transportation is easily accessible. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance. Events are not allowed on the property, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and quiet hours must be respected from 12 am to 7 am.  
  
You will be staying in one of Alassio's most beautiful areas, surrounded by greenery yet just 2 steps from the center and sea. The location offers tranquility while being only a 5-minute walk from both the beach and town center, near the train station but in a quiet zone. The hosts live on-site but not in your booked property and can arrange sailing boat trips to visit Gallinara Island.
