The entrance opens into a spacious, contemporary-style living area: a lounge with a sofa bed, television, and dining table for two, complete with a kitchenette featuring a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and wine glasses. Just next door, is the bedroom, which opens to the outside through a French door—just like the living room—which leads directly to a charming patio.

Outside, you'll find a privateterrace equipped with garden furniture, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying breakfast outdoors: an ideal space to start your day or unwind with a good book in the fresh air. Even while staying in the town, you’ll enjoy a lovely view of the sea of Alassio—captivating, yet subtly integrated into the atmosphere.

The bathroom is modern and functional: the shower and sink are in one area, while the bidet and toilet are located in an adjacent anteroom. A welcome kit with shower gel, soap, and shampoo is provided for your convenience.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort, even during the warmer months, and also offers private parking—a very useful feature in a popular tourist destination.
