"It’s unique lakefront location allowed us to access houseboats and smaller shikaras from the hotel itself. The staff (reception, restaurant, and housekeeping) were extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. We stayed in the Premium and Elite rooms that were tastefully appointed with intricately carved wooden furniture alongside modern lighting and appliances. The property has a fabulous pool that was really popular with the guests. Breakfast and dinner buffets at the restaurant were delicious...

"Stayed here for a night during our Kerala trip. The property is very well maintained and all rooms had a backwater view. The check in was smooth. There were a lot of complimentary and paid activities. We did the sunset cruise and did a paid shikara ride for 2 hours. The bf buffet was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. The stay was value for money. Wish we could stay longer. Next time maybe "
