About this property

Max's Cabin at Tiny Timbers Resort and Spa!

  • Complete in 2021, Max's Cabin is our first site-built cabin/tiny home! This cabin was designed, with our help, by a Pagosa Springs architect to include interesting and rustic features. The footprint is 420 sq. feet, but this tiny home has a 200 sq. ft. standing-height sleeping loft for a total of 620 sq. ft. The tall ceiling makes the cabin feel very spacious!

    This cabin is ADA accessible, but every effort was made to make it comfortable and functional for all guests. This cabin has a small kitchen, with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, large sink and eating bar. Outside there is a gorgeous covered patio, which is very private looking up toward Del Norte Peak.

Family Ski Trip

We loved our stay! It was our first time in South Fork, and we only were able to stay for 3 nights. Would love to revisit! Everything was perfect for a family of 4. We brought our CanAm, and the trail head was so easily accessible from Tiny Timbers. Could just leave out of the parking lot and hit the trails! I especially enjoyed their wonderful coffee shop each morning! The breakfast and baked goods were delicious! Everyone we talked with was so friendly too. My kiddos and I went to the onsite playground one morning, and saw a buck just on the other side of the fence. So fun! Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely stay here next time we come through South Fork!

Wonderful property

This was an amazing property! We stayed in Max’s cabin. Very well done. So much packed into a small space. Bistro and gift shop were wonderful as well! Highly recommend!

Great Everything!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is super clean, super convenient location with a great host, then this is your place! Everything was perfect! The cabin was clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The host, Cheryl, was kind and prompt with all my questions. I highly recommend Max’s Cabin… gorgeous!

We had a great time staying at Max’s Cabin. It was clean and very cute! The Bistro was excellent and the gift shop had so many options. We will definitely stay here again. It was a perfect getaway for a ski vacation at Wolf Creek! Thank you!

AMAZING Property

This property was perfect!! My husband and I have been coming to DouthFork for years and this is a property we will continue to rent for the week. Clean, convenient and Cheryl was super nice to meet. Plenty of room as well as all the necessities needed to cook meals and just feel like home. HIGHLY recommend!!! Cute gift shop as well!!!
