"Nice clean and quiet place to stay."

"Check in & out was friendly & easy. Room was very clean as well as bathroom too. There was also a sofa, refrigerator & microwave. Spacious room to move around in and on the first floor. There’s no elevator so we appreciated it. Breakfast was basic fare, but good & well maintained. We had a quite peaceful nights sleep."

"This place describes itself differently from the real experience I arrived at 7 pm Sign on the door says lobby closes at eight I had no instructions about room or door key code in my email confirmation of booking the room just one hour before I arrived An hour later someone returned our calls and gave me information to get into a room that was not as was described on the website also the amenities were not in working order and nobody on the property to actually maintain its facility It was not safe for single women traveling and I would not ever reccomend this place The supposedly place to eat was closed as well False advertising I wanted a refund and hotels. Com denied it I didn’t even stay in the room so it didn’t need cleaned Which was not cleaned for me very well."

"The site does not do this property justice. Once you get there you see how great it is. The back deck is private and huge! The view from the family room is wonderful. Kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget and gizmo you would ever need. I can’t say enough about the property, and the price is very reasonable! 10 min to Treasure Falls, 15 min to Wolf Creek Pass and 5 min to the Pagosa Hot springs! "

"Was a nice stay, hot tub was awesome! House felt a little run down, some peeling ceiling, and doors are hard to close. Mildew on shower liner and food bits left on the counter. Otherwise clean. Would have loved some more kitchen towels as only one was provided. Beautiful area, hikes close by (by car), great location for wolf creek— cant beat it for the price! "
