Find Spa Hotels in Alamo Plaza, TX

Staff were excellent. Made my stay wonderful. Room clean, restaurant great too. I hope to return soon. Special thanks to the receptionist who was on duty the 30th March in the evening. Room service used too, also excellent service.

Excellent location with access to the river walk within the hotel lobby by a sort elevator down, rooms were very spacious and clean. We used the valet parking which was excellent with amazing service from the staff with it being our first time in using valet parking.

Great central location, excellent food and the most comfy bed in Texas!

You sleep very well, no noise and good mattresses and sheets.

Lovely staff, great stay thank you

The big drawback was our final night when we realised that the hotel becomes a nightmare when full of families at night. We needed a decent nights sleep before leaving early for a full days travelling. We had next door a family from hell, young children running around screaming, banging furniture and the parents shouting over them until midnight. There doesn’t seem to be any soundproofing at all. Stayed over Christmas 2014 and as you can see I have absolutely no complaints if only all hotels were this good
