Valet parking is worth the charge especially taken into consideration the parking lots nearby.only critique would be the pillows, I do wish a firm pillow would be included into the room to have the option available, the room was hot even though the thermostat read 51 it did cool down it just needed time to do so & the fridge not working during our stay."

"Great, historic hotel! Very cool bar onsite with cool history. Alamo is right next door and the riverwalk is very much within walking distance. La Mengerita has great breakfast tacos/coffee. Will always choose The Menger when in San Anton. "
