"Staying at Faith Accommodation was pleasant. So pleasant that I upgraded my room and extended my stay. I stayed in the Double room first, then the Triple room. The Triple room was a huge upgrade for only a $1 US dollar price increase, probably the most bang for your buck out of the places I've stayed in. "Staff were very good. Room was adequate to my needs. Was happy could buy coffee from the from desk and the restaurant was really good and food was very nice. The people staying were a bit noisy and there were lots of airplanes going over head but I expected all that and it didn’t bother me. I though it was good for the money 😊"

"Staff were helpful when we checked in - said we could have a late check out - staff the next morning was rude and said we ddint have a late check out - tried to charge us - hung up on me, rude. Got woken up by the restaurant staff demanding us to sign for a bill at 11:30 that wasnt for us. Best buffet breakfast out of all of the 5 resorts we stayed at - best beach to relax out of all resorts we stayed at - but i rank it a 4 due to the feeling of being in a city not and paying over $1000nzd for a quality nights sleep and being left like we were in a night club."

"taff customer service is island time and island service. Be prepared to take a long while for any service to be attended to. Like wifi, cleaning your room, or having added people on your bill without consultation. Although minor, but if you are relying on wifi for correspondences, or you ran out of toilet paper, you have to wait till the rounds and the appropriate staff comes around. Also, if you are in the villas and you want to call reception, be prepared to wait till 8am because before that they are not working if you need something urgently. However, my family enjoyed the cultural shows, the beach, the bar services, the various activities which was very eventful. Never a dull moment."

"Lovely, helpful staff. We had a King Bungalow which was traditionally decorated with a beautiful timber ceiling. We arrived to a sweet surprise for our anniversary of chocolates and decorated bed with foliage & flowers. There was a good breakfast with plenty of variety with a view over the pool area."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Sinalei Reef & Spa Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, and the location is simply stunning. We especially loved the rustic charm of the rooms and the fact there are no TVs, it was the perfect opportunity to switch off, disconnect from technology, and truly relax. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and would highly recommend Sinalei to anyone visiting Samoa!"
