I was apprehensive about traveling with my 19 month daughter for the first time, but as soon as we reached the hotel my fears were diminished. Accidentally arrived to the Beach Rotana Residences, rather than All Suites which is where my booking was for. The two are part of a three property complex with the third being the Beach Rotana Hotel. Residences offered to switch the booking over at no extra cost, which I agreed to despite room sizes being a bit smaller. Had a fabulous stay at Sheraton Abu Dhabi hotel and resort, clearly an older style hotel by the fact it's not a high rise and glitzy but has retained a special luxurious charm. Rooms were stylishly decorated with a huge comfortable king sized bed. We have just returned from a 5 day stay with our 5 year old son. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms and very clean. The beach club is very nice, the cabanas offering welcome shade from the heat. The beach and sea are also very clean and sea with plenty of space. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding, always a smile and happy to help. They were especially friendly to our son who enjoyed the attention and now thinks everyone he came into contact with is now his friend....

Warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful without exception. Management should be proud. Decided to book for a weekend away from Dubai and couldn't have been happier with the experience from start to finish. Amazing location close to crystal clear sea waters, fantastic pool and spa. Hotel rooms were beautifully furnished and consideration give to every need. Friendliest hotel staff I've met in years - from reception to pool staff and the cleaners. Range of restaurants and food second to none.

An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

Great hotel - excellent service, great breakfast, outstanding Indian restaurant. Pool was good but in need of a facelift... otherwise an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Place is affordable and nice.

There was a delay in my on-line booking coming through. However Youness and his colleagues at the reception went out of their way to get it sorted and ensure we had a great stay. The sauna/spa facilities were well looked after. Loved the stay.

The service was amazing!!! Since the check in to the check. All the staff are there to help you. Even on the breakfast they was always some one near to my table to serve me the orange jus or coffee. I m always going to the 5stars hotel in dubai but I never saw the same high level of service

From the moment we walked in we received the highest level of treatment. The receptionist found us a room even though we arrived before the regular check-in time. The room was amazing with luxurious furnishings. All the hotel staff were extremely courteous. The palace had amazing decorations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed every moment I was there. I can’t wait to return there.

We stayed at this hotel on the 6th of January for 10 nights and it was a marvellous stay. Perfectly located in a nice area with good sound proofing. Behind the hotel is the Al wahda shopping complex with its great supermarket which has a bonus of selling hot food at reasonable prices. Right in front of the Al Rawda hotel is a bus stop and taxi pickup/drop off point. Fares are cheap and drivers are well experienced. Above all we felt safe and comfortable in Abu Dhabi.

The staff are so polite and willl go out there way to help you with everything to make your stay amazing. Special mention to ashrad from the team at the pool, Ahmed and the breakfast team and leakat in housekeeping. There daily helpfulness, warm greeting and smile made the stay.

Amazing place. Staff are excellent especially Winston at breakfast. All the staff from receptionists, valet guys, restaurant staff, the pool are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It will be nice though if more English speaking channels are made available. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back.

The room was a really good size and the pool was gorgeous.
