We absolutely loved our stay! We did not use the rooftop so I think next time we will get a ground level suite. Everything was just so lovely and relaxing. The food was good, the pools were perfect, the atmosphere was amazing, and one of our favorite shows was the women’s Mariachi band.

Bahia is a beautiful and serene all inclusive resort. The buffet style food is pretty okay. Definitely a variety. The room service food was actually very very good. Presentation is always key. A great bonus is being able to have access to the other sister properties. Si’an specifically, is more for an older crowd/ more relaxed atmosphere. Fun but laid back. Rooms were very well maintained and service was just a call away with prompt response. Overall, had a great experience there

The property was clean the food was horrible also the drinks were no good. The property has alot of old retired people there is nothing to do as entertainment on the property Hot water was good air conditioning was good there is nowhere to store your clothes being a five star hotel and the so call private Jacuzzi if you on the first floor is not private. The only good thing is you can go and use all the facilities on the other properties which are a free trolly drive away. I would not stay at this hotel again too boring for me.

Great Staff, Great Experience. The amount of amenities and variety is great. With access to all areas of the resort, it is difficult to get bored. A couple of the a la cartes need improvement in the way they cook and season their food. All buffets were decent and the Tulum and Akumal buffets had a great selection of mexican food. The Sian Ka’an mexican selection was not as good and not as authentic, however, still very good . Rooms were very clean and staff were always upbeat, helpful and enjoyable. I can honestly say that there was not 1 bad nor mediocre staff member. Sargassum was not an issue, as there were enough pools and beaches that offset any small accumulations. Grounds were slightly neglected on the outskirts, and we could tell this was a cost cutting measure, but not something that detracted much from the experience. Smoking regulations need to be enforced better, especially in the jungle environment, where a bit of ash could cause a major fire. We are already looking at booking again.
