"Having travelled a lot we wanted a place to relax at the end of our holiday. This was a wo derful relaxing location. Very quiet, nice pool, wonderful restaurant and very helpful staff.

"A truly delightful stay. Borgo del Carato is beautifully restored, and located in beautiful surroundings. The first thing that struck us is how the air is rich with the scent of orange and wisteria blossom and the garden in the morning full of birdsong. The breakfast offers various and excellent food, a lot of self-made/grown products (olive oil, focaccia, yoghurt).
The pool is above the rooms and offers a beautiful view, in all directions. It is being cleaned every day and invites to relax.

"This hotel is unique. It has so many old and antique rooms for guests to chill. There is free cigars that you can take to your room patio or the rooftop to smoke. The red room is stunning, it is where the breakfast is offered. Our room has very high ceiling and is spacious. "

The quality and variety of the food were exceptional. The food is a celebration of Sicilian culinary traditions, full of flavour, and made with fresh local ingredients.
