They truly made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very soft, clean, and comfortable. Both rooms had a bathtub/shower but 1 drain was clogged enough to fill above our feet while having a shower. And although it was cold outside, the rooms were very hot and it was difficult to cool them down even with the radiator turned off and windows open. We would stay again as it was a decent price and although we weren’t able to use the spa/pool facilities, they looked fantastic. We did plan to swim but were told our 13 year old child couldn’t swim past 8pm. That didn’t work with our late 7pm arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel and the customer service of staff is why we rated our stay a 4/5\.
