"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

Staff were mostly friendly, however they will refuse to assist with sending luggage to the airport (including writing the Yamato slip) because it's their rules and will send you to the nearby Family Mart. Breakfast buffet selection was good. Rooms were large and spacious."
