5/5 Excellent
"Excellent location from Montreux train station. The room is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. I booked the privilege room, it offers wonderful lake view, a huge plus if you are on the higher floor! Also, all drinks in the mini bar are complimentary, staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend!"
"Lovely three night stay. Hotel is old school but in a positive way. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. The public areas are immaculately maintained and our room was spotless. The hotel has direct access onto the lakeside promenade. It's a fifteen minute walk into the town centre and about 1 hour walk to Chateau Chllon."

"Wonderful hotel, very beautiful, large rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and sincere. Cleaning is thorough and fast. Special thanks to Yulia and all the waiters. We were checked in earlier than expected. When we arrived, everything was already prepared for my children in the room - beds, a bathtub with a thermometer for the baby and a trash can for diapers. There was also food and wine prepared for us as a compliment. The hotel provides a card for free travel on public transport.
The restaurant is delicious and there is a children's menu.
We liked everything so much that we will definitely return in the summer."
