February stay in aguilas
Our month long stay at the Aguilas Beach house was everything we expected and more. The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the outdoor spaces as well as the proximity to the boardwalk and beach. Everything was within walking distance including cafes, restaurants, groceries and pharmacy. Checkin and checkout process was easy and Marjorie and Louis were easily available if needed. We loved our stay.

Perfect location, relaxing and so comfortable!
Our 7 night stay at Luis’ beach house exceeded all our expectations. First, from excellent communication before and during our stay from Luis, a warm welcome from Marjorie, and complete info package to answer all our questions and thoughtful tips about the apartment and area (all in English too, gracias!). Location is ideal - just steps from the boardwalk for daily paseos, beach, and 10 minutes to cafes, but gratefully on the quieter end of the paseo. Mercadona close by for groceries. Luis has provided everything, and I mean everything, you need for a relaxing vacation-beach chairs, loungers on the rooftop terrace and lower balcony, super comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen for all our at home meals, and even Netflix. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset, listening to the waves lap up on shore, and private dinners on the balcony watching the fish boats come and go. We were so grateful to have found this gem, and recommend it highly. Well done and thank you Luis!

Brilliant As Always
This is our 5th time of staying at the Beach House which probably tells you all you need to know. Lovely property with a superb location about 20 metres from the beach. 10 - 15 minute walk down the front to restaurants, bars etc which was perfect for us. House is well appointed and maintained, and communication with the owner was excellent. We have been to Aguilas many times over the years and still find it an unspoilt and friendly town with the added bonus of not overflowing with tourists ( a good opportunity to brush up on my pretty basic Spanish!). I believe the resort is quite busy in August with Spanish holidaymakers, but we have always visited in June or September. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

Very good house, very good hosts!
We can’t fault Luis and his wife, Mandy, as our hosts at the Beach House! The house is very close to the beach, with lovely views from both, the balcony and the top floor terrace. Luis provided beach chairs and parasols for all guests, very welcome when guests travel from abroad! The kitchen was particularly well equipped, also with essentials, such as salt/pepper/oil/sugar/vinegar/etc. Luis and Mandy also suggested other beaches and areas nearby to explore. Excellent holiday!

Superb (as usual)
This was our 4th stay at the wonderful Beach House in Aguilas. The first time we have been back for 4 years though (Covid and other life stuff got in the way) The Beach House was just as we remembered it; a great base for touring the area, and a perfect location right on the beach-front and a short walk from all the restaurants/shops etc. Despite this being our fourth visit, it was the first time we actually got to meet Luis the owner, who went over and above what could be expected of a host. When we took the decision to get a transfer from the airport and did not have the use of a car; he was there to welcome us at 10pm at night and had got some essential foods in for us as he knew we would be arriving late. He then took me to (several) supermarkets the next day so that we could stock up on any heavy items for our 10 day stay. Just before our trip, my wife fell and injured her ankle. On arrival it became apparent that she was less mobile than we had thought. Luis came to the rescue and sourced a wheelchair for us, and even delivered it to the house. I can't speak highly enough about the service that we received from him. We have already placed a booking for next year. Perfect home, perfect town and perfect host. ( Don't tell anyone though - or we'll never get the dates we want in 2024!) Frank

We had a lovely holiday ... the house was exactly as described, and we were not disappointed with the fantastic views from the two terraces. Within a stones throw of the sea and promenade, and a lovely walk into town and beyond. The house was comfortable, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and the beds comfortable. For us a comfortable bed is important for a good nights sleep , which you really want on holiday, great to have this comfirmed by our guests. Having both sea and mountain views there is always something alluring to look at.

Perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday. The beach house had everything required for a hassle free holiday. Perfect Location
A wonderful warm welcome on arrival from Luis the owner of the Beach house, who could not do enough for us. It was all we expected and more, we never tired of the views , and especially having the beach at the back door. Paul and Mireille, the caretakers were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The location was great, enabling us to walk to restaurants, and the we used were, El Tiburon, very Spanish, little English spoken, no problems ordering. Pecado, very modern food, different, but worth a visit. Frankfurt, very busy and lively at the weekends, but still good service. The restaurants you have recommended also have good daily menus at lunchtime during the week at very reasonable prices all within walking distance.For a light dinner with a Spanish feel El Pimiento tavern in town is very popular.

A beautiful retreat
The beach house in Águilas was the perfect place to relax, take in the magnificent views and sunbathe either on the terrace or straight to the beach outside the back door. The promenade at the rear of the property takes you to the many lovely restaurants and tapas bars that are just a ten minute stroll away so no need for any driving or parking of cars. For anyone who wants the perfect chill out and loves a beach then you must stay here. We will be back to revisit this lovely town, it’s people and the beach house owner Luis.

Great outdoor living in property overlooking the sea in small friendly resort
Would recommend this property, we had a lovely holiday here in October. If you like outdoor living on terraces overlooking the sea and immediate access to the beach then this a great property for you. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two lounge areas, and two outdoor terraces provides plenty of accommodation with space to be together or to have some private space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and more. The owner Luis is very attentive, and responsive. The town itself has many bars and restaurants. The nearest are just a 10 minute stroll either way along the promenade that runs in front of the house.There are three bays in the resort, and many more within 10 kilometres. Luis provides beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Nearby there is the hill town off Lorcas, and the bigger towns of Cartagena and Murcia. Plenty to visit if you can be persuaded to leave the beaches.

Lovely property right on the beach front.
Luis and Amander the owners of the property treated us like family. We arrived later than expected and Luis straight away offered to take us to the supermarket, as they were about to shut, such a lovely gesture as we were tired and hungry. The apartment is lovely with everything you could want to make your stay relaxed. There were little things that ment a lot like the washing machine had washing tabs and conditioner. The dishwasher was great with again dishwasher tabs, fairy liquid ect all supplied. There was even shower gel in both bathrooms and soap. The owners thought about the necessity you might need. Luis was on hand if we had any questions or needed recommendations for restaurants or anything about the local area. Aguilas is a lovely Spanish town if you want to get away from it all and the more commercialised regions of Spain. Overall Luis and Amander are the nicest people with a lovely apartment and we wish them all the best with their business.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL !! 10/10
This beautiful Villa made our holiday. It is right on Aguilas sea front beach a 10 minute stroll into the town along the sea front, it has EVERYTHING you could want for your holiday. Luis made this a home from home for all our holiday needs. We were met by Myriam who was so lovely and friendly and explained everything about the villa and surrounding area. The two seafront terraces are wonderful, both benefiting from fabulous views. The Villa is clean, beautifully presented, with all modern conveniences. Because we went in June we had the complete beach and sea to ourselves, which we used every day. (Just Perfect !!) I can't recommend this Villa highly enough and both Luis and Myriam were very attentive hosts, during the booking process and on arrival. A mainly spanish speaking seaside resort and working town made it the perfect get away. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something special then just book this Villa. WE LOVED IT. Thank you Luis !!!

We are lucky to have an uncrowed beach even in July and August and at other times it´s often just for you , which is a luxury these days.Aguilas is still welcoming with a Spanish feel to it which is not so easy to find in a coastal town anymore.

Perfect Beach House
The beach house was perfect for our vacation. Beautiful views, privacy and all conveniences. The house is lovely, well laid out, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Superb stay by the sea
The beachhouse is comfortably furnished and well equipped. Internet worked well. The terraces give fantastic views out to sea. It's location is so close to the beach that you hear the waves lapping the shore! The walk along the promenade to the town centre is a pleasant 15 min stroll and there are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Luis and Myriam were very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely beach house
We stayed at the beach house at the end of January and found it wonderfully situated and close to amenities/supermarket. Lovely promenade to walk along that stretched the length of the beach towards the castle. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay and Luis was more than willing to accommodate some extra requests and called during the week to make sure we had no problems. The house is in a peaceful area at the edge of Aguilas with lovely terraces for outside dining and to enjoy the view of the ocean and down towards the castle. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Beautiful place!

Lovely Beachhouse
We have enjoyed our two weeks holiday in Águilas. The 'Beachhouse' with two big terraces and the beach next to the house is very optimal for outdoor living, kitchen is even more than fully equipped! The bed was one of the best beds we have sleeped in Spanien. All the rooms are very cozy. Luis and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful, also Marjorie who gave us the keys and all the information.

We appreciate you mentioning the outdoor living. Indeed considering that it is winter, with the mild climate in Aguilas visitors from colder latitudes like yourself, can especially enjoy the outdoors. Not only on the terraces that the house offers but also the hiking and cycling routes and trails in Agulas. A great stay in Aguilas!
We've had a great stay at Aguilas Beachhouse at the beginning of May. The beachhouse is situated in the south of Aguilas right at the beach and boulevard and a 15 min walk from the city center. The house was very clean upon arrival and you'll notice that the owner has thought of pretty much every detail for you to have a pleasant stay. E.g. essential groceries in the kitchen, beach chairs & umbrellas, towells & beach towels, laundry machine & detergent, well functioning WiFi and so on. The kitchen is wel equiped, the beds are comfortabele and so are the bathrooms. The terraces are where you'll spend the most of your time however, they are awesome with great sea views! The owner Luis is very very fiendly and helpful if needed. For us everything was perfect and we would really like come back again!

Tolle Terassen nahe am Meer mit herrlichemmMeerblick. Sauberes und warmes Meer lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Leckerer Fisch aus nahem Supermercateo, auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, es fehlt an nichts! Amanda und Luis sind sehr nette Gastgeber, gerne wieder👍🌞.

¡Recomendable sin dudarlo!
La casa de Luis es muy acogedora. Las vistas al mar al y la montana son espectaculares. A pesar de las tórridas temperaturas de este verano inusual, la casa está muy bien acondicionada (dos aires acondicionados y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones) y nos salvaron literalmente las vacaciones. Luis es encantador. Cada vez que lo necesitamos estuvo disponible inmediatamente para resolver nuestras dudas. Muchas gracias por todo, Luis.

13 wunderschöne Tage in Aguilas Beachhouse
Wir haben 13 Tage im Beachhouse zugebracht und waren total begeistert von der Lage, der tollen Aussicht und der absolut vollständigen Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir wurden überaus herzlich von Mireille und Paul begrüßt und durch das Haus geführt. Milch und 6l Wasser wurden von Mireille und Paul mitgebracht. Gewürze, Zucker, Essig, Öl, Kaffee und verschiedene Sorten Tee waren auch vorhanden. Das ganze Haus war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Luis, unseren Vermieter, hat er uns bei der Urlaubsvorbereitung super unterstützt und auch während des Urlaubs alle Fragen schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Das Haus liegt traumhaft, nur durch eine Fußgänger-promenade vom Strand getrennt, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer, die Stadt und die Berge. Ein großer PKW-Stellplatz gehört direkt zum Grundstück.

We are back home after a second stay of 6 weeks in the beachhouse. Why were we there for the second time: simple it is our dream holiday house. The house is exactly as described. Located near the promenade in a quiet area, the beach a few steps away, fantastics views from the two terraces, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance, the mountains nearby for wonderful cycling trips, ... Location fastastique. Nous sommes ravis et tres contents de l'emplacement. Tout est comme annoncé. Luis est un proprietaire tres disponible et de tres bon conseil. La maison est tres bien tenue, il ne manque rien. Les 2 terrasses sonr incroyables!! Le bruit des vagues au reveil et pour s'endormir top top! A 3km, 4 plages (Las 4 calas) magnifiques et top pour les enfants. Bref un sejour inoubliable!! Merci encore a Luis.

Un séjour les pieds dans l'eau comme on aime
Nous avons été très bien accueillis, tant sur place par les amis français de Luis qui veillent très bien à l'hygiène en ces temps de Covid, que par Luis lui-même qui nous a contacté pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, de la cuisine aux terrasses : nous n'avons manqué de rien et nous avons aussi apprécié les équipements pour la plage (sièges, parasol, même l'embout de parasol vrié pour le sable était là!). La climatisation nous a permis de passer des nuits reposantes et c'est vraiment un bon atout. La maison de Luis est une jolie maison très confortable. Elle est aussi idéalement située pour profiter de la vue sur la mer et je me suis régalée de la baignade à toute heure. C'est vraiment pratique de pouvoir sortir à pied et bénéficier de toutes ces possibilités de restauration. Tout est à proximité le long de la plage, sans voiture. Nous étions avec deux de nos filles (15, 21) en vacances et nous avons y avons tous trouvé notre compte. Je vous recommande particulièrement la location de Luis, c'est un hôte parfait épaulé par un couple d'accueil lui aussi au top.

La dispasition d'Aguilasbeachhouse est remarquable, de sorte que plusieurs membres d'une famille cohabitent et que chacun ait son espace, c'est un point très intéressant à souligner pour les nouveaux voyageurs

Mooi huis op een schitterende locatie met een buitengewoon fijne eigenaar !
Vakantiewoning is erg compleet en staat op een schitterende locatie op een steenworp van het strand. Ontvangst en verdere begeleiding ter plaatse door Louis is erg goed en buitengewoon gastvrij. Kortom een aanrader voor mensen welke houden van luxe, lekker weer en eten en een schitterend uitzicht over de zee.

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lager
Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit unseren drei Kindern im Kindergartenalter besucht. Das Ferienhaus ist mit wirklich Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Ausstattung wurde mit liebe zum Detail und Geschmack ausgesucht. Louis der Hauseigentümer, ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt sehr gute Tipps zu den einheimischen Speisen, Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir finden, dass man sich am Samstag beim Markt Churros holen, sowie Oliven kaufen sollte. Und Dienstags gibt es in einem Restaurant um die Ecke den landestypischen Reis, schmeckt unglaublich gut, besonders mit dem richtigen Wein. Das Haus liegt genau am Strand. Wir haben den Strand als eigene Terrasse benutzt (wir hatten den riesigen Strand auch fast immer für uns Alleine). Wir konnten uns aus der Küche direkt Kaffee oder auch Wassermelone zum Strand holen. Wir haben keine Touristen in den Gegend an gefunden. Es ist total schön, die andere Kultur und das Lebensgefühl fernab vom Tourismus zu erleben. Besonders lässt sich auch der Strand "Carolina" oder "Cocedores" empfehlen (5 Autominuten entfernt) um mit Kleinkindern schwimmen zu lernen. Zwei traumhafte Strände besonders mit Kindern. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit in Aguilas und können den Urlaub dort wirklich weiterempfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen, auch um Sarah wieder zu sehen ;-)

Den unkomplizierten, gemütlichen und entspannten Familien-Badeurlaub mit wenigen Touristen haben Sie in Ihrer Wertschätzung sehr gut beschrieben. Auch die Bequemlichkeit, Ihren Kühlschrank ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt für ein kaltes Getränk oder einen Snack zu haben, ist besonders bei kleinen Kindern sehr nützlich. Es ist offensichtlich, dass Sie den Geist von Aguilas genossen und eingefangen haben.

Pues poco más puedo aportar después de los comentarios leidos, pero por comentar algo más, desde el alojamiento que ha estado fenomenal en frente de la playa, con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar una semana, hasta la amabilidad de Luis que estuvo siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada en absoluto. Ha sido todo un acierto y una gran semana para conocer Águilas, la cual teniamos ganas de ir.

Nos sentimos como en casa
La estancia en casa de Luis ha sido maravillosa. La casa tiene una ubicación inmejorable y no le falta de nada. La amabilidad y buena disposición de Luis nos han hecho sentir como en familia. Ha estado continuamente pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto y nos ha dado recomendaciones geniales sobre la zona. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias por todo Luis!

Traumhafte Blick aus der Terrasse
Gastgeber Luis: großzügig - wir sind einen Tag vor Check-in angekommen und konnten kostenlos im Haus übernachten, hilfsbereit, polyglott, sehr freundlich. Das Wasser bereits 1,5 meter vom Strand überraschend tiefer als die Erwartung, nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet...auch nicht für Nichtschwimmer, schmerzliche Wasserboden-kein Sand sondern kleine Steine.

Der Strand Playa Poniente ist über 1.7km lang mit feinem Sand und Kiesel. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist sanft, geeignet für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer, ausser im Zentrum wo der Wasserboden teilweise abfällt. Der Strand ist im Sommer überwacht und verfügt über einen ambulanten Notfalldienst. Die Playa Poniente hat einen Kinderspielbereich, Sportbereich, Fussduschen Papierkörbe und wird regelmässig gereinigt. Hunde sind nicht zugelassen.

Una experiencia formidable!
Una casa maravillosa, de 3 pisos con vistas al mar junto a la playa. Las terrazas grandes y bonitas en las que podíamos desayunar y cenar, y por la noche, ver las estrellas desde las tumbonas en la terraza de arriba. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y preparado para prevenir el COVID-19. Ejemplos: Desinfectantes en la cocina, todos los productos de limpieza de cocina y baño estaban higienizados y en bolsitas herméticas. Hemos venido con niños: el pequeño y el mayor compartían habitación, y la mediana dormía en el sofá cama en el salón. El sofá cama muy amplio y muy cómodo. El propietario, Don Luis, encantador y dispuesto en todo momento a facilitarnos la estancia. La experiencia, magnifíca. Volveremos!
