Casa Del Mar Beachfront House on quiet beach, surf out front, tidepools for kids

  • Fully furnished beachfront home on the 2nd floor located on a private gated family lot at the end of a dead end. The two bedrooms include king beds, ceiling fans and A/C. Enjoy relaxing in the hammocks on the front patio with palm trees and ocean breeze. You might be lucky enough to see a whale, dolphin or manatee. Or enjoy using the BBQ on the back patio (gas or charcoal) complete with outdoor dining table. The full kitchen is fully stocked to make all of your meals at home or you can walk to the local bakery or restaurants. Feel free to use the outdoor shower after visiting the tidepools or undeveloped mile long beach where you can fish, snorkel, swim, surf. We have boogieboards, surfboards, kayaks, SUP's and beach gear available for use. This house is centrally located on the west side of the island so it's easy to take daytrips north, south or central to explore caves, waterfalls, lighthouses. Downstairs is a separate apartment and we respect their privacy and desire for little to no noise as they will do the same in return.

The house is in a great location, and the beach is beautiful! Very few people on the beach, and depending on the time of day, the beach and the water look different each day! My son and husband enjoyed driving around and exploring the area. Everyone we encountered was so friendly.

We loved this house. Right on the beach, we had the constant sound of waves and the chattering of birds outside. The house and kitchen were fully stocked. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. It was a really comfortable house and we truly could have stayed there forever. Helpful and friendly hosts. Would absolutely return, thank you!

Lil slice of Paradise

The beach is breathtaking. The rental has kayaks, paddle boarding, and snorkeling gear. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great restaurants in nearby Rincon, a 10 minute drive.

Amazing View and Hospitality

This was our third time staying at Casa Del Mar with host Brian. We plan to continue coming back as we feel this has become like a home away from from home. The view is spectacular and being able to walk right onto the beach is amazing. Brian is very knowledgeable about the area and is readily available for any questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach location

The house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and explore the West side of Puerto Rico. After a long travel day, we appreciated Bryan's assistance helping us find the house in the dark. On our first day, Bryan found us floundering on the beach, and helped us learn the basics of surfing. We also enjoyed exploring Survivor Beach and hiking up to the falls at Charco El Pilon.

Perfect Vacation

We had the most amazing vacation at this property. Bryan, the owner, was available for questions, accommodating, and just extremely hospitable. The location cannot be beat and all the locals were friendly. The views and breezes were perfect for sitting in the front porch with a cold drink. We can’t wait to get back. A slice of paradise

We are returning visitors to this house and it is a perfect set up for me and my family (kids 5 and 8). The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful, the beach is expansive with endless opportunities for explaining, and Bryan is a wonderful and helpful host. We have been impressed by some of the upgrades over the years, too! We plan to return.

Stay at aguada

Nice quiet location away from Rincon and aguadilla. Great view and beach, although the surf was very big that week so no swimming. Within 15 minutes to Rincon surf breaks. Bryan was accommodating and cordial. Upstairs apartment is a bit rustic but clean.

Wonderful location. Rincon is very charming. The beach in-front of the rental is wonderful for sunsets and morning coffee. Great to have washer and dryer on site. Drip coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen. Friendly neighbors. Do bring ear plugs, the chickens are a reliable alarm clock. Host is very responsive.

Oceanfront paradise

I needed a getaway for myself and wanted to not be in the touristy area. This was just the place. Right off the main roads near restaurants and markets. I enjoyed sitting daily on the porch facing the ocean and talking to nature and the animals. It gave me the rejuvenation I needed for a week.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved staying in Bryan's house on the beach. We really enjoyed the access to the beach and taking long walks in the morning. It was also a great launching pad to go and explore the beautiful area. Bryan is a great guy and very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with what we needed and the washer and dryer were great to have too. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable house with a great view of the ocean, and chill neighbors.

Great hidden beachfront gem

We had an amazing time! This place has all you need and more… the accommodations were new and comfortable, the view was incredible, the beach was private other than a few friendly neighbors, there are kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, games, hammocks, grill, etc. The neighbor Eugene was very nice and brought us coconuts and fruit. We fell in love with his dog Moso. Our host Bryan gave us great recommendations for local spots. My family of 4 loved our stay.

Escape to Paradise

Our long-awaited vacation with my husband was absolutely amazing and perfect. Bryan gave us such a warm welcome that we instantly felt at home. The terrace with the ocean view and hammocks completely stole my heart, it was a pure relaxation! The house was so cozy, so we hardly wanted to leave. The area is quiet and safe, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. With a car, everything is conveniently close. I highly recommend this place and I hope we will visit it again!

We will be back!!

Location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. A short drive to Rincon and Aguada. The rental home has everything you could need. Even things we weren’t expecting like boogie boards, puzzles, all the cooking equipment you could need. It is very cute, clean, and comfortable. The host, Bryan, is easy to reach and a great source of information. We will definitely stay here again!

Great quiet ocean access

Great location for a quiet beach experience. We took several long walks in both directions and had fun collecting shells and sea glass. The property and beach area seem clean and safe. Easy driving distance to Rincon and Aguada, which both have some excellent restaurants. It's possible to take a longer walk up the beach to some of the beach-side restaurants in Aguada. Only downside was the neighbor's roosters. If you want to sleep in, I would recommend bringing ear plugs or using the provided white noise machines.

Quiet Paradise on Waves

Dream location on pristine uncrowded beach. Clean comfortable house well supplied with spacious front and back decks. Stroll down beach to snorkel, swim, great restaurants. Nice neighbors, but much privacy. Brian supplied fresh fruits and fun suggestions. Eugene next store prepared and shared coconuts. Bed was comfortable, A/C when needed but sea breezes kept us mostly cool. Just 10 minutes from Rincón, but so much more peaceful.

Amazing view.

Stayed here the end of March. Sitting on the second story balcony provides a great view of the ocean between some palm trees. That alone is what made the place for me. Access to the beach provides sunsets over a small island. Surf is good. Beach is nice. Location is near local attractions and restaurants. Bakery down the road has the best doughnuts anywhere. Neighborhood seems safe with friendly people. A/C works great. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer. The property is well used but comfortable and did I mention right on the ocean.
