A ten minute walk there is a convenient supermarket open all day until late. In ten minutes by car you reach the Valley of the Temples and Scala dei Turchi, while in twenty minutes you reach the Torre Salsa nature reserve. the beach of Siculiana and Eraclea Minoa. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but also alive from a cultural point of view and breathtaking and unique natural beauties. The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a two-family building, has a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed and 32 "flat TV. The kitchen has a hob and oven and in the living room there is also a dining table in addition to the sofa bed. The apartment has a nice terrace with table and umbrella, where the afternoon does not beat the sun and where you can turn the television to see it outdoors on beautiful summer evenings. the apartment is quiet, but if you want to party, in a few steps you are on the promenade with its intense nightlife. Also on the promenade there is the Aquaselz beach with deck chairs and umbrellas during the day and cocktails and music in the evening. Otherwise by car you can reach the Gatto Matto at two kilometers: umbrellas and deck chairs in front of the sea all day long, with bar and possibility to eat for lunch, and in the evening it becomes a refined restaurant with exquisite dishes.
