"Our experience with this hotel was terrible due to the staff's attitude towards guests. Unless you start raising your voice and demanding, you won't get anything. Even when providing all the payment documents and specifying which room was booked, they place you in a room you never expected! They completely ignore all complaints. "Me and a friend of mine stayed here for 4 nights in August. I was a little hesitant to stay here given the reviews but honestly these do not reflect our experiences. Is it a 5-star hotel, no. But as someone who has been to Greece probably 20 times and therefore stayed at countless hotels, I thought this was very good. I honestly do not know what the negative reviewers were expecting, because a hotel for this price in Greece reflected my experiences."

"We loved the self service stations for food whenever, and the number of bars was also great. Loved the number of pools and our private one with access to bigger pool was perfect. Only bad thing was We did the Candle Light dinner, which they forgot to setup when we arrived, so had to come set it up whilst we waited watching, forgot the candles, fairy lights didn’t work etc. Food was good at least. They kindly refunded half the amount due to this which made it worth the money in the end."
