The bathroom specially toilet was not clean. There was no carpet in hallways but only cement . The building was messy and dirty

Great little surprise
Surprisingly great for an aparthotel. Nice touches in the room of water and biscuits and a warm and informative reception. Access codes were emailed and texted in addition to the paper information given on arrival. Nicely located in the centre of Agen with restaurants within walking distance plus secure parking in site. Clean, spacious and secure. I’d recommend definitely.

Appart'city really impressed me. It's just off a main shopping street that is directly opposite as you step out of the station. A nice stroll, window shopping. Restaurants, little squares, market, Carrafour etc if you turn left out of the main door. Parking if you have a car, though I didn't so don't know how easy it is to access. Staff very pleasant and helpful. More than a hotel room. You could almost live there. The kitchen area even has a dishwasher. Good sized ensuite too.

The temperature in our room was about 90° and the AC didn’t work, obviously. The reception was closed but I manage to reach someone who changed our room. But the new room was still too hot to sleep well. When we checked out in the morning, no apology, not even acknowledgment that anything was wrong. Never again.

Ive stayed at Appart'City Agen several times before and never been disappointed. Its clean and everything is well maintained and the staff are friendly and professional. Appart'City Agen is situated right in the heart of the wonderful town of Agen and is convenient for all the shops and other attractions and facilities.

Just the perfect hotel for central Agen
As soon as you entered the lobby you felt very welcomed, every explained by very efficient receptionist. Breakfast was perfect everything I usually have was available. Even though I only stayed the one night it made my trip.

Friendly helpful staff, would not recommend the twin bed apartment , did not like the beds in separate rooms, the second bed was like a cot, it was not very comfortable, overall apart from the bed issue a nice apartment good value.

Super awesome place in terms of location. Had a little kitchenette which was cool though we didn't use it. Bed was just so so and room was fine. Nothing spectacular but if you want a place that's in a great location for the price point you can't go wrong.

Perform so well, only to be let down badly...
Staff cooperative, well-informed and a pleasure to deal with, rooms clean and comfortable, but one feature common to all three Appart'City hotels we stayed at is that their WiFi compares very badly with their competitors. Even a barge on a canal in France had better performance. It's extremely frustrating to come back to the hotel with a stack of stuff to be sent off, information to be retrieved and emails to be answered only to find repeated logging on is needed on a poorly designed web site (especially for both iOS and Android phones), the connection appears to be OK but is not actually connected to the Internet and dropouts occur randomly, sometimes after only 30 secs to 3 mins.

After a canal boat excursion we walked to the hotel. Centrally located. Short walk to everything.

Very pleasant and surprisingly good hotel
Quite difficult to find the hotel by car without GPS. However, once there, parking was not a problem. Rooms were clean (except the stove top), cosy (i.e. not a huge amount of spare room!) and fully equipped. Particularly liked the dish washer! Comfortable bed and quiet location for the night. Reception staff very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Centrally located in a charming Mid-Evil village. ACed rooms, clean carpet, reasonably priced washer and dryer. Be careful, the desk closes nightly so be sure to arrange late check in if you are arriving after 7 pm.

Everything was fine. It was somewhat different from a regular hotel, no service after 8 pm for example, but on the positive side the "room" was more like an apartment and it was very inexpensive

Stayed here while on the road and needed a stop - it's okay, clean, inexpensive, if that's what you're looking for. Read the fine print on the listing - it's not a bed, it's a stiff fold out sofa, not very comfortable or very big. I thought I was "upgrading" by choosing a superior studio, but in fact it was the same room with a twin bed added, and is intended for 3 people.

Good basic accommodation
Quiet, inexpensive, clean accommodation in a central location. All that we'd expected for the price we paid. Only downside was that our bed was a double sofa bed,surprisingly comfortable to sleep in but awkward to move around and no bedside tables. We would use AppartCity again but would ask for a bed.

checked in at 7.00 pm. Website and confirmation said staff there till 8. No one there. rang the telephone number provided. Recorded message saying no one available to take the message. Key in a lock box. access via code "provided by text". No text from hotel. Got key when another guest opened lock box (40 minutes after arriving. No hot water in room. Reception said they would sort out. Didn't sort out. bed a sofa bed. very thin mattress, uncomfortable. Air conditioning didn't work.

This was a good place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped. My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was resting on a frame with wooden boards holding up the mistress. The boards made noise when one moved and also the matress leaned to the middle. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean but the bed was a real problem for me.

Great location, staff was great.
The location was great, downtown, walking distance to many attractions. Parking on site. It helped that we first parked in the municipal parking and walked to the hotel, one way streets and narrow entrance. Overall it was a very nice Appart'City.

Wrong place for us.
Hotel Difficult to get to. Door lock was impossible to open from inside or lock from outside! Wifi was lengthy to access and had to be re-accessed the second day. I would never e go back to this hotel,nor would recommend it.
