    - Mezzanine: two single beds (2x90x190).

    - Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, crockery and all the utensils needed to cook as at home.

    - Bathroom: bathtub to relax after a day at the beach.



    Other equipment: parking space in the residence and private garage, communal outdoor swimming pool, duvets, blankets and pillows provided.
