Duplex villa with air conditioning for 4 people, situated Port Venus Village, ground floor. Living room. Fully equipped kitchen area : dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine,big fridge \[hidden\] 1st floor : bedroom with 140cm bed + tv, bedroom with 160cm bed + tv. Bathroom. separate WC. Terrace with shutter. safe, tv. Parking n°v19\. Residence with swimming pool.  
  
Security deposit : 390 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax 1.44 euro per day, per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 90 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
