9/10 Wonderful! (790 reviews)
Rooms were clean however our shower stopped working while I was taking a shower and the staff said to turn it quickly. No amount of turning was gonna start the water coming back through so I had to rinse off by putting the bath tapes on. The carpets on the stairs were coming away and were worn and dirty. The staff were very good and helpful and the breakfast was good. Overall rooms were well maintained but a little dated.
