"Thr property was nice, there was spider in the kitchen-not a big deal. We found ants the first night in the bedroom with the bunk beds- they led to cant wrapper under the bed on the floor. The stay was nice. We did get to relax and our whole family enjoyed the games and the pool. I would rent again in the future "

"I can not possibly say enough wonderful things about our stay. The hosts literally thought of everything! From the coffee station (fully stocked and equipped!) to kitchen supplies to the softest most luxurious feeling towels and bedding to the games to sunscreen and pool tools/floats... every inch of this house was well thought-out and intended for guest comfort. We loved waking every morning to the glorious sunrises from the Master Balcony and spending sunsets on the boat. We spent plenty of time in the pool, and even put the yard and board games to use! My son and husband spent plenty of time at the pool table while I read under the fan on the patio. Arrival and departure were clear and easy and the hosts were easy to communicate with and super attentive. We can't wait to return. This was truly the home-away-from-home our little family needed to reconnect and make lasting memories together."

"Our stay was very comfortable. I got some good rest. In the mornings I would sit out by the pool and enjoy my coffee. Then I would get in the pool until 11:00ish. We took full advantage of having the pool. The only issue was the peddle boat had a lot of water in it along with several dead mosquitoes. I would recommend the last person to rent the house, flip the boat upside down on the dock. So that it’s dry for the next people. We didn’t use it, because it was heavy with the water, to be able to clean it out. Everything else was fabulous. Also keep in mind that the wind does blow, and the pool will have some debris, but you can clean it out with the net! We will definitely stay there again! Our hostess was a dream to work with, thanks Jane. "

"Great location (grocery, gas & shopping within 5 min.) and easy check-in process. We stayed with our son, DIL & her mom, and our 13 mo. old grandson. House was excellent, with and great layout. We each had a bedroom with an ensuite bath and the others were within close proximity to a shared bath. Back yard play area for the little one was great as well as the pool. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. We ate breackfast every morning and cooked dinner most nights on the grill. Shantell was very responsive to answer questions & also offing assistence if we needed it. Highly recommend this accommodation for family gatherings"

"This property was very nice, lots of room for large family gathering. House was very clean. Property manager was very responsive. Outdoor area, pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc was well maintained and everything working. House was well stocked! Only negative is noise ordinance. No noise after 9pm. We were elderly group so not problem for us. "
"We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this Phoenix/Glendale vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and beautiful. The outdoor/backyard was an amazing oasis from the waterslide to the shuffleboard to the pickleball to the putt putt and sand volleyball court--WOW! Watching the sunset over the desert sky each evening was a dream. Everyone in our group ages 10-79 found it an absolute dream. The location was perfect — quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to groceries/coffee, hiking trails, and amazing restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for comfort, style, tons of activities, and a taste of Arizona charm!"
