"My husband and I had a lovely stay here for one night during our road trip. The whole place is self serve, we didn’t see any staff. The room was small and cozy but had everything we needed. We stayed in the Little Porter room right across from the shared bathroom and right next to the communal kitchen. Loved how the whole place was decorated. This was such a fun find! I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."

"Rental has everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nice location (quiet but still convenient). A few items to note. The furniture is on the small side. Not uncomfortable but not standard size. My son is 6’2” and we had a laugh when he sat on the couch. It was just the two of us so we made it work but it would have been good to know, so I’m sharing. Again not a negative but an observation. The driveway is steep and narrow but again, Manageable. Just a few things that future renters want to consider. I always appreciate when reviews share what may not be obvious in the listings. Great host. Very responsive."

"This was such a nice and peaceful place to stay. Although I never once saw a member of staff, I didn’t need to. Everything was ready for us and well communicated. If I needed someone, I knew how to contact them. The room was so cute and cozy, the bed was the MOST comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. The bathroom towels were a dream, all of the decor was intentional and authentic. I would absolutely go back and recommend to others. We only slept there so I would be curious to see the rest of the property and use the other amenities during the height of the season."

"The interior was beautiful, the hot tub was fantastic. Ideal spot location wise and the bed was so comfy! Only thing is I wish the outhouse was a bit cleaner. There was a giant spider and its web in the toilet so that was a bit freaky!"

"We arrived about 8:30pm and appreciated the open door and easy check-in. The room and beds were very comfortable. The shower was great too! Being at the end of the hall was nice - more private. Breakfast was amazing. We loved the fresh fruit, homemade blueberry muffins, and fresh bread and oatmeal with toppings. Scrambled eggs and toast too. Very comfy stay. We'll be back! Close to The Adirondacks hikes we'd planned."
