The Space: This is a two-bedroom apartment featuring two Queen beds, making it well suited for families or friends travelling together. The overall space is comfortable and practical. The living area is designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light and connecting directly to the balcony, creating a bright and open atmosphere. A dedicated workspace is also provided, offering a comfortable setting for work or quiet study. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. The layout is thoughtfully arranged, with clearly defined areas for resting, dining and working, ensuring a balanced and comfortable living experience. Adelaide Central Market & Victoria Square – 5 mins walk One of the city’s most iconic fresh food markets, located near the free tram zone for easy access across the CBD. Free Bus & Free Tram – 3 mins walk Convenient access to Adelaide’s free city transport network. Rundle Mall & Town Hall – 10 mins walk Adelaide’s main shopping, dining and entertainment district. Major destinations such as the University of Adelaide, UniSA and Adelaide CBD commercial precincts are easily accessible by foot or public transport. Very few essential items such as dish cloths, washing cloths etc, no small welcome package to save going out shopping for milk etc, minimal items to change this from usual average holiday rental to quality property that would pay benifits in the future.
