A tidy garden setting welcomes you to this charming home, tucked quietly within a well-kept complex in leafy Toorak Gardens. Inside, the living area offers a warm and comfortable space to unwind, with a TV and two sofas providing plenty of room to relax. Large windows fill the room with natural light, while split-system heating and cooling ensure comfort year-round. The living space flows openly into the dining area, where a four-seater table sits beside sliding doors that open directly onto the outdoor patio. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for preparing meals at home, featuring an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster and essential cooking amenities.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a lovely bay window that fills the room with natural light, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and storage offering a cosy and restful space. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
