Hotel is quite beautiful and maintained. Staff were amazing! From the bartenders; (TB, Ramon, Johnathon, Valentino, Jesus), to wait staff; ( Jose, Millie, Elena, and so many more), and the hostess Nathalie Concierge Toni was very informative and helpful We found the Mosaic Restaurant food to be very monotonous as the main Buffett. As we booked all inclusive package, we were still limited to the other restaurants and premium beverages. Our beautiful oceanfront one bedroom suite was stunning and clean. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in Costa Adeje—just a short walk from great beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool areas were stunning with plenty of space to relax. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and luxurious stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. I would definitely return."
