Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

"Highly recommend this resort for South Tenerife! While it’s not right in the middle of the main resort areas, my boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay. There’s so much to do right on the property that we never felt like we were missing out. Everything was clean, and our room was a great size with a lovely partial ocean view. We rented a car and always found convenient parking near the main entrance. The resort felt very safe to walk around at night, and staff were always present. The breakfast buffet offered tons of options and was consistently good. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. We went with the all-inclusive package and really appreciated the free meals and drinks at their other restaurants. Hard Rock never disappoints — we’d definitely recommend it and would return!"

"We had a great stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The only small negative was that the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us—not right in the middle of the busy tourist area, but close enough for a pleasant walk whenever we wanted. The pool was fantastic, and we never had any trouble finding available sunbeds. We booked the half-board option, and it was well worth it. Both breakfast and dinner offered a great selection of fresh, delicious options. There was plenty of variety, so the meals never felt repetitive. The fresh bread and dessert selection were a plus! Tenerife is absolutely worth visiting. If you’re planning a trip, make sure you visit Mount Teide, explore the stunning Masca, and spend a day at Siam Park. The island has so much to offer, with beautiful scenery, great weather, and something for everyone. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to come back."

"The is really nice. The suite we had was lovely and our kids loved it. The breakfast was excellent and with option to get a breakfast box to your suite at no extra charge is great. Staff were very helpful and reactive to anything you need. The downsides were our suite had a beach style sand area outside which for us wasn’t a good idea because you drag sand everywhere where and the WiFi was not great in our suite. But generally our stay was great and would stay again."

"We've just returned after 9 days at Wyndham Residencies and my wife and I have had a fabulous break. The hotel is excellent with great facilities, clean and the staff were excellent. We loved it so much, we've looked to book for next year. I would say this hotel isn't suitable for everyone as it is located at the top of a steep hill and will be difficult for people who struggle walking, but I can't fault the actual hotel itself."

"We have just returned from a fantastic week at Dreams Jardín Tropical and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The location is perfect, close enough to the marina, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We stayed as Preferred Club guests, which added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The exclusive lounge, dedicated areas, and enhanced service made our stay feel even more special. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the week. The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was a great variety of high-quality options at every meal, and we enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was a particular highlight. The drinks selection was also excellent, with premium options available and attentive service throughout the resort. The pool areas are beautiful, especially the iconic lagoon-style pool overlooking the sea. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxed without ever feeling crowded. What really made the holiday stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay."
