Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in the heart of Addis Ababa. The property is perfect both as a short and long-term rental.  
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a coffee maker, a laptop-friendly workspace, a balcony in the living room and bedrooms, and another room for those who want another bedroom and private office space.

\- The living room is spacious and leads to a comfortable balcony that is both scenic and private.  
\- It has a Smart TV, a working desk, and Wi-Fi, which is ideal for guests who would like to work from the house.  
\- The kitchen has an open-plan setup. It is fully equipped with a cooker, cutlery, a blender, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a fridge.  
\# I provide complimentary tea bags, coffee, sugar, and spices to make a meal.  
\- The bedroom has a king-size bed, huge wardrobes, and lots of natural light.  
\- The bathroom has a showerhead with an instant hot shower.
