Good location right outside train station

A good stay

The rooms here are comfortable and very modern, with smart lighting systems, climate control, underfloor heating in the bathroom etc. Everything was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The shower was fantastic, great pressure with overhead rain shower in addition to a second handheld showerhead. Other reviewers have commented on a tv in the bathtub, however my standard double room had shower only so perhaps request if you want a bath! Extra amenities in the room such as safe...

Lovely stay with my 3 daughters. Very welcoming and friendly! Lovely clean room with plenty of space. Will stay again

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. I am not picky, but when it comes to top service I know what to expect, and notice when something, as small...

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Beautiful hotel ...1 of the best breakfasts

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

Beautiful place.. amazing staff and beautiful piano bar too boot!

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

A beautiful building, very tastefully decorated and furnished, staff could not do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

Charming hotel, attentive service, very comfortable room and bed. Would stay there again and would definitely recommend

Great service and super clean

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Great staff. We mentined it was our anniversary on arrival at 1am (in passing) and next day returned to find a free bottle of champagne and signed card. A really nice touch. Staff were really helpful and friendly and hotel was really great quality. A fantastic place.
