    150 meters from the beach and 200 meters from Acitrezza downtown, where many bars, restaurants and touristy harbour are located.

Nice property and friendly host.

Nice property. Can't say on real 5 star level, but reasonably good. Host was very friendly and cooperative. Helped to plan vacation. What made it five star for us - big rooftop patio. If you like to enjoy star view and feeling Sicilian night that can. Be good choice.

It should be advertised that the property is in the 3rd floor with no elevators. It should be advertised that the property is in a hill and need to walk up this hillIf you don’t drive. Some outlets tape to the wall. The bidet looks like it hasn’t been used in decades. The beds are very low.Overall, if you are a budget traveller this should meet your needs

Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec belle terrasse mais horriblement vétuste. Les photos sont réelles mais ne reflètent pas l’état de délabrement avancé de l’environnement, du batiment, du parking, des communs et de l’appartement.L’annonce ne précise pas suffisamment clairement qu’il s’agit d’un troisième étage sans ascenseur.La cuisine est dans un état de déterioration avancé; aussi bien les meubles, les ustenciles de cuisine que les appareils électroménagers.Le surgélateur est sale et n’a plus été dégivré depuis des mois. Ne parlons pas du four qui est bon pour la déchetterie.L’installation électrique présente un vrai danger public. Plusieurs prises de courant sont détachées des murs. Il n'y a pas de détecteurs de gaz ni de fumée.La salle de bain date des années 70. Il faut sortir de la pièce pour pouvoir s’essuyer à l’aise (40cm entre bain et lavabo).Les canapés lits sont usés et très inconfortables. Les matelas des 2 lits sont souillés.Les déchets à jeter (anciennes poubelles, brosses cassées, ramassette, planche) trainent sur la terrasse arrière.L’immeuble est mal isolé et tous les bruits dans la cage d’escalier s’entendent même dans le penthouse que nous avons occupé.Le propriétaire a proposé que nous cherchions un autre logement et qu’il nous rembourserait mais nous avons refusé.L’appartement est vieux et est à rénover en profondeur (salle de bain, cuisine, chassis, électricité,….).

Sehr schöner Platz, großzügige Wohnung

Eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Traumhafter Blick von riesiger Terrasse. Alles was man braucht findet man in der Nähe. Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Appartement et Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est agréable, il est simple mais fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse en ayant une vue splendide sur la mer. Le quartier est très calme et la place de parking est un plus pour la voiture de location. Son emplacement est idéal pour les visites et la proximité de commerces et restaurants. La communication a été facile avec Giuseppe et pierluigi malgré le fait de ne pas parler italien. En bref: Un très bon choix.

Traumhafter Blick

Die Kommunikation mit Host Pierluigi und Co-host Giuseppe war super, wir konnten außerdem früher einchecken und später auschecken. Bei einem Wasserausfall im Viertel hat sich Guiseppe sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Zu zweit hatten wir sehr viel Platz und haben die beiden Dachterrassen mit Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wen so etwas nicht stört oder wer den Charme darin sieht, hat hier ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen so tollen Blick. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Ottima esperienza. Giuseppe, la persona che ci ha accolto, è stato super gentile ed accogliente. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e comodo ed ha una bellissima vista sul mare ed è in posizione strategica vicino a Catania e a molte belle spiagge.

Tutto bene, terrazza con vista stupenda , ma tutta la struttura avrebbe bisogno di più attenzione per i dettagli e non sarebbe male, se risultasse un po' più accogliente ... Mancano le tende, materassi da rinnovare.

Très bien situé. Il manque néanmoins un micro onde et un grill pain. La deuxième salle de bain n en est pas une, juste un WC et un lavabo. Dommage. L apparemment est très propre.

En stor og fin leilighet, med en flott takterrasse. Kun 2 solsenger, hvorav den ene var ødelagt. Litt lite spisesteder i nærheten. Giseppe hentet oss på flyplassen, og bar koffertene våre opp til 5. etasje! Et vellykket opphold.

Quiet and clean place, a little dated but if you look past that, the views from the 2 balconies are amazing. Walking distance to both small towns with great restauants. The owner was very helpful and let us check in a little early. I would stay here again.

The appartment is well located, but did not fullfil any of our other expectations, sorry to say, but we are very disappointed. The appartment would need a complete and carefull renovation and against the description of the facilities we did not have a second bathroom/shower. The pictures at HomeAway web-site are showing a nice place, but in truth the doors, windows and shower as well as the walls need an urgent renovation. Several lamps did not work and the plug sockets were not available on places you would expect some. Sorry - but we can not recommend this place and the owner had been informed about our rating directly.

Très bon accueil et vue appréciable qui fait oublier l'état très moyen de l'appartement

La literie est bonne et les terrasses vraiment sympas. De nombreux travaux de rénovation seraient les bienvenus... le logement n'est plus tout jeune, loin de là. Néanmoins c'est propre. Il faut marcher et traverser une route pour aller au bord de la mer, c'est assez facile. Le village de Aci Trezza est vraiment très sympa, avec la petite ambiance typique le soir devant l'église, charmant ! Un grand Merci à Giuseppe qui nous a très bien accueillis.

Erg mooi appartement, ruim met geweldig erg groot terras en tevens nog groter Dakterras. Goede beveiliging met toegangshekwerk en eigen privé parkeerplaats. De verhuurder Pierluigi is erg aardig en lost ieder eventueel probleem direct op. Geweldige uitvalbasis om de oostkant (incl. Etna) van het eiland te leren kennen. Zelfs in maart al geweldig mooi Weer gehad. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.
