The apartment is on the second floor of of a 2 storey villa This superb private rental holiday / vacation accommodation can be compared to any holiday rental property in Western Europe and North America. \- Fully Furnished \- Wired and Wireless Internet Access \- 30 KVA Standby Generator \- DSTV, Playstation 3, WII \- Fitted Kitchen \- Cleaning and linen change twice a week \- A/C in all Rooms \- Self-Catering \- Caretaker on Premises Located 20 to 30 minutes straightforward drive south from Kotoka Airport on the new N1 (George W Bush) highway.The house is located in Sakaman, off Dansoman High Street, near the Liberty Club House, right opposite the Vis-a-vis hotel. It is 5 min to Dansoman Roundabout where there are many shops, bank and ATMs, filling station, pharmacies, fast food restaurant, food stalls, etc. and 7 min to Mallam Junction/intersection which connects to Kotoka Airport via N1 or Western Region. Elevated location with lots of sea breeze and nice view of McCarthy Hill. 20-30 minutes to Bojo beach, and about the same time to Labadi Beach. Very safe area, easy access to shops, markets, pharmacy, petrol/Gas station, convenience stores, fast food, taxi rank, Churches, etc. Please note that the generator on the premise will be provided with a full tank when you arrive.
