The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great as well. The only downside is that the room was not clean at all. The shower was very dirty and kitchen countertops were not cleaned.

When they said number one. It is a vibe. Stayed for 6 days in Accra from dining to touring it made my first time to Ghana a fond memorie. The breakfast is great and the service. From the pool service to the bellman. Front desk ladies are on point. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The take away is Derrick our lead butler /concierge made great recommendations to The best and pirctureesque venues. Looking for modern and professional service .book with them. We will back to try their other properties in Ghana.

Excellent stay at Number One Oxford Hotel & Suites. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. Great location, strong security, and a calm atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax while in Accra. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay, great location, great amenities and VERY GREAT STAFFS. Everyone was very helpful, from the door to the room. Very good service. All staff that i Interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Always wanting to ensure that i was good. The Frint Desk worker, was the icing on the cake. Everyone was so kind. I’m giving 4 stars cause we had daily issues with our key. The staff had to repeatedly program it because of the issue with our door. Also the tv would randomly shut on and off even though it wasn’t on a timer. Other than that everything was wonderful.

The cleaning staff were excellent. A special mention for our housekeeper, Abigail. The pool area was relaxing. The restaurant lunch and dinner were excellent. If I am in Accra again, I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location...not far from the popular Frankie's restaurant. Clean and fully furnished rooms with sitting area, dining area and full kitchen. Friendly staff too. Only drawbacks were the bed was too close to the wall and the noise from the road which was a disturbance, particularly at night.

Excellent service

The hotel has excellent service. My butler was amazing. They accommodated all my requests. They have an Indian chef - Satya. Who arrange Aloo paratha for us for breakfast. I wish the spa lady would be more accommodative in terms of timing
