I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and I can truly say, the staff at the Brookvale hotel are 2nd to none. They are professional, courteous, caring and go above and beyond their duties. they are a real credit to the hotel and the manager and I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Sam, Gloria, and Matilda(Chef) treated my brother and I well. Gloria upgraded my room as compensation for cpu overbooking. Sam was helpful with communicating to the chef our breakfast preferences. It was hard to leave the day of checkout. I will stay here again. I highly recommend.

Hotel staff were all excellent and friendly, room was clean. Their generator is big enough to run AC which is great as Accra looses power frequently and few hotels in this price range are equipped with a generator large enough. Location is excellent for me, paved road and right off a main road

No water heater in deluxe room whichi paid ghc 541, shower leaking in room 207.water in wc constantly discharging. And mostly there's no body at the reception.
