About this property

A luxury home away from home..

  • This purpose-built 4 bedroom house is located in East Legon directly opposite the popular Trassacco Valley Estates. The house is almost new as it has largely been used as a holiday home. It has recently been fully decorated inside and out. The interior has been delicated decorated with softer tone colours to give it a really good ambience to enjoy.

    The house sits on about an acre of land with beautifully manicured and landscaped gardens including a summer hut to add to the enjoyment of the outdoor space.

    A master bedroom with and en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom are located on the first floor of the house. A fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor.
