"This hotel is excellent value for money. Excellent TV picture. WiFi fast and stable. Bed comfortable. Very clean. The shower has good water pressure. The only concern is the area is not that safe and a long way from the London Underground station. The room cleaning is top class. I did have one night where I had no power so couldn’t watch TV or charge my phone. It was fixed in then end but think they should have offered some compensation but none was offered."

"Very comfortable and convenient hotel to stay as a 3 minute walk to departures at North Terminal. Stayed here previously and quiet with very nice restaurant for dinner. Just a couple of minor issues: had to move rooms ( this was dealt with promptly) from an inside room 711 due to a loud buzzing noise to an outside room 642. The outside facing room was comfortable but there was a bit of external noise from traffic and the train shuttle to SouthTerminal which surprised me as you can't hear planes at all. Also one of the coffee mugs was chipped and should have been removed."
