"McDonalds (the hamburger people) have already stole this idea but Sleeperz Dundee can be summed up in those classic core values first mooted (I believe) by McDonalds: of Quality, Cleanliness, Service, Value. Sleeperz ticks so many boxes. My only complaint in times past is that I've never figured our the heating airconditioning system, but that reflects an unwillingness on my part to ask for help. I highly recommend Sleeperz. I think this is my fifth stay in the hotel. I've already booked for next stay. "

"The hotel was very clean the staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent as you helped yourself too what was available we had one meal in the hotel restaurant the food was good but the service was very slow apart from that we enjoyed are meal. The parking at the hotel is very disappointing as there's signs on the walls saying this space or spaces are for blue badge holders/disabled parking only as we arrived back from are day out they was cars parked in the Disabled spaces not one had a blue badge displayed in there car told one of the staff at reception so he came out and took the car numbers and told us we can park on the side of the road which as double yellow lines on it was told if you have a blue badge you will be ok but from experience of being in this area before that was a no no so as soon as a space was available I parked in it when we went out next morning we saw 3 cars with parking tickets 😀 but over all the hotel was excellent i would definitely stay again "

"Both receptionist and bar staff were very helpful. Also the way they dealt with a man who suffered a fall was very impressive "

"The disabled access room was excellent, the buffer breakfast was very good. Only issue with the hotel was the room telephone did not work, despite best efforts of staff. Had to use reception desk phone to call my bank overseas. Fettykill restaurant next door was a disaster, was refused dinner on the 1st night, despite arriving 1hr before closing, because they had already shut kitchen at 8:30pm. 2nd Time despite booking table, most food was gone, food served cold, waitron never came back after serving food. Had to go to bar to order more drinks, restaurant manager surly and unhelpful. Not a good reflection on hotel."

"I think we got a great deal because there was renovations going on but that didn't disrupt us in any way. We had a gorgeous room overlooking the golf course with a beautiful sunny aspect and french window with a balcony rail. We also used the spa and had a FABULOUS massage which was so indulgent. We made great use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were wonderful too. The only minor irritation was the phone in our room didn't work but we just phonedreception from our mobile and the wedding guests were quite exuberantly noisy returning to their rooms opposite in the small hours after the function, but that can happen anywhere. Overall we feel really lucky to have had such an affordable lovely stay in an iconic olace"

"Very nice resort-style hotel away from St. Andrews a bit. Easy access by taxi (not an Uber town). We had a car, but taxi made town and restaurant access easier. Hotel has lovely bar and dining facilities, but St. Andrews is easy to get to as well. We had a woodland suite, which are modern/new rooms a short walk from the main inn. "
