Good location and staff were helpful. Only trouble was the early morning banging from the nearby contruction site. Constant noise from Piling works at the nearby train/industrial yard. Only a problem on one side of the hotel. Asked to be moved which was accomodated and couldn't hear the noise from the other side. No partial refund offered as we were moved from a Junior Suite to a standard double which was poor.

Parking rate was great.. but it was a problem trying to get to the hotel from the car park.

The location of the hotel was convenient to most activities. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The only downside is that the rooms and especially the carpet and showers need to be replaced.

Great city hotel
Really good hotel in excellent location. Smart and comfortable with good service. Better lighting in the rooms of our junior suite would have been helpful.
Really helpful staff and great service. Hotel is well located for city center and railway station. Rooms in good condition, and really lovely breakfast buffet.

Staff was nice, but I think this is overrated in price due to the condition of the hotel . For examble the bedding was torn, the forgot to leave towels after cleaning but the staff reacted nicely.

OK, but service rather poor. Well aware I visited during COVID-19, but room service took ages, since no one picked up phone on first few tries. Hotel also soon in need of an upgrade interior wise. Food offered rather bland.
